Our Visitor Centre is open 10am – 4pm on Sundays, Tuesday and Thursdays.
Here you will find accessible toilets, (open only on the same days as the visitor centre). Our volunteers serve light refreshments and we respectfully ask for donations which go towards the upkeep of the reserve, such as the provision of bird food for the feeders. You can make your donation with your card using the Just Giving purple link below if you prefer, as we operate a cash only service. We are very grateful for your contribution. We have a wealth of information at the VC about most aspects of nature and have displays on the walls which are changed each season. We maintain lists of bird sightings both in a book and on the blackboard outside and would be pleased if you would add what you have seen to this. We also collect empty cans for recycling, again this provides a small income to contribute towards the upkeep of the reserve.
